What does it take to be successful?

“Determination, Actual blood sweat and tears and one or two people who believe in you on those days that self-doubt creeps in.”

Where do you get your flavour inspiration from?

“Flavours sometimes just come to me, also food I eat, things I read, and people I interact with spark new ideas.”

What qualities do you think you need as a 'lady entrepreneur' to be successful?

“Let’s face it woman have to work a little harder. Confidence, belief in your product and abilities.

The ability to bounce back after setbacks.”

What makes your product unique and successful?

“The care we put into making everything, the research on everything from packaging to ingredients and the communication with customers.”

What was the 'final push' that made you start your business?

“Final push, left my corporate retail job to do something more creative. My confectionary has always been a great hit with friends and family and I thought I could share that with more people if I start selling it.

It's my creative outlet.

Creator, maker, confectioner, baker and my art is flavour.”
